WYSA REMOVES RECREATIONAL BOUNDARIES
The WYSA Board of Directors has approved the removal of recreational boundaries to support a more open, inclusive, and accessible soccer environment that prioritizes player choice. Effective immediately, recreational players may register with any WYSA Member Organization offering recreational programming.
This change aligns with national direction from Canada Soccer, which identifies player choice as a key principle in increasing participation and supporting player development.
WYSA will continue reviewing its rules, regulations, and policies to ensure alignment with its mission, vision, and strategic priorities.
