Remembering Ralph Cantafio

The Manitoba soccer community mourns the loss of a true pioneer, Ralph Cantafio.

Ralph’s passion for the beautiful game helped shape soccer in our province for generations. Through his leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment, he played a vital role in growing the sport and creating opportunities for players, coaches, and families across Manitoba.

From his contributions to bringing professional soccer to Winnipeg with the Winnipeg Fury, to the lasting legacy recognized through the Ralph Cantafio Soccer Complex, his impact on the game is immeasurable.

Ralph’s influence will continue to live on in every player who steps onto the pitch and in every corner of the soccer community he helped build.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Cantafio family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
