I would like to have a match rescheduled, how do I proceed?

In order to have a match rescheduled, you must follow the below process:

1) Contact the opposing coach (contact info available on the website under team contacts) and request that you need to rescheduled the match to a mutually agreeable date. You will need to select two dates. As you will need to forward the email communication to WYSA, it would be preferable to contact the coach via email.

2) Once both teams have come up with two possible dates for WYSA to reschedule the match to, contact Scott Dixon at with the email communication.

3) Upon receipt of said communication, WYSA will assign a field and referee for the match.

**U9-U12 Recreational teams please contact your District**

NOTE: All notices of match re-scheduling must be made to the WYSA no later than 48 hours prior to the match. Failure to do so will result in the match being defaulted.
